Through the analysis of anonymised case studies from the GOC and Optical Consumer Complaints Service (OCCS), delegates will gain insights into current trends, the consumer landscape driving complaints, and actionable strategies to reduce risk. Practical tips and key learning outcomes will be shared, concluding with an opportunity to address participant queries.
