In the 1950s, Estiara's parent company, Sintetica SRL, was founded in the heart of Milan, and has since been an international excellence in the production of acrylic sheets for the fashion and design markets.
Estiara was born in 2019 as a "spin off" of Sintetica; its style, highly identifying and innovative for the eyewear sector, is represented by the alliance of creativity and tradition, technological innovation and know-how.
Experience, organization and work carried out with passion are the key elements of the company that have made it possible to develop, without ever compromising the high level of quality, a totally innovative material called AMANITE®.
 
ESTIARA is the fusion of two words: ES and TIARA.
The choice is not at all random, ES is the acronym that pays homage to Spain, country of origin of the founder of the company, Mr. Carlos Guitart. TIARA wants to symbolize success, the culmination of a project born from the idea of ​​handcrafting a material intended for the production of glasses and which, in 2019, takes shape under the name of AMANITE®.

The material, entirely designed and created in the research and development laboratories of Sintetica SRL, is born from the evolution of a wisdom and manual ability of the highest executive quality, then transferred with excellent success in the culture of the Estiara project.
The raw materials, rigorously selected, are mixed are transformed until obtaining a one-of-a-kind artifact.
Amanite® is 100% recyclable, hypoallergenic and 20% lighter than acetate. Amanite® is also more resistant to deformation due to intense heat, which makes it possible to produce the temples of glasses without inserting the metal core.
The endless possibilities of the chromatic effects are the real protagonists gathered in four collections: Prima Linea, Talis, Capsule Collection and Green Collection.
 
"THE ART OF SEEING", the slogan that perfectly represents the identity of the Estiara brand, develops around the intuition of Antonio Guitart, CEO of Sintetica Srl, for whom glasses are not a simple object but an accessory equipped with its own personality.
Indeed, Estiara glasses are synonymous with uniqueness, whose stylistic signature is based in an extraordinary way on the concept of Art.
The stylistic research work results in the creation of unique pieces, products of a "tailor-made" collection that uses new and non-standard finishes, elements or combinations.
