Adam Wylęgała

Ophthalmologist, Wyl?ga?a Medical Center

Adam received his habilitation degree and passed the European Society of Ophthalmology exam in 2016. Since 2011, he has been a researcher in many clinical trials from phase I to IV. He received a scholarship from the Ko?ciuszko Foundation and was a researcher at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Harvard Medical School. He became a Fulbright Scholar at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. His main area of research is ophthalmic imaging of both the anterior and posterior segments. He is a co-author of several books, dozens of articles and one patent. Adam is currently assistant professor at Medical University of Silesia, vice president of the Polish Academy of Ophthalmology and an ophthalmologist at the Wyl?ga?a Medical Center.
