Ann Blackmore is an independent policy consultant. She has an extensive background in public policy, regulation and public affairs in both the UK and Europe. During her career, she has worked both with and for government, regulators, charities and trade associations. She has worked in the UK optical sector since 2014. Her current roles include policy consultant for the OSA, a member of the European Optical Manufacturers Association and policy manager for the European Council of Optometry and Optics.
