Charlotte is a dispensing optician and spent 16 years in a highly successful, independent practice dealing with a vast range of dispenses; this has enabled her to appreciate and understand the importance of offering the best solution to both patient and practice. In 2014, Charlotte became a London account manager for Essilor UK, a role that enabled her to use her dispensing knowledge to help a variety of different accounts grow their businesses and offer the best possible lens solutions to their patients. In 2018, Charlotte became part of the Essilor professional relations team which allowed her to become even more involved in developing and delivering education to the industry as well as other support to various optical bodies. In 202,1 Charlotte joined the product and services team as a category manager for Stellest (myopia management) and Varilux (progressive lens) for North Europe. Charlotte is now director of medical and professional affairs for North Europe at EssilorLuxottica.
