Colin Davidson is principal lecturer and programme lead for optometry higher qualifications at the University of Hertfordshire. He also works at Sussex Eye Hospital as part of the medical retina and A&E teams and is a chief examiner and assessor for the College of Optometrists. Colin successfully completed the College diploma in therapeutics for independent prescribing in 2011, was awarded fellowship by portfolio in 2013 and achieved his professional certificate in medical retina in 2021.
