Dimple has been with Specsavers since 2006 and graduated with a first-class honour's degree from Anglia Ruskin University in 2011. She has facilitated numerous CPD events, is a qualified WOPEC assessor and has completed her WOPEC qualifications in MECs, glaucoma and cataract. She is currently advancing her expertise by undertaking a professional certification in glaucoma. Dimple's leadership skills came to the forefront when she took on the role of store director for two Specsavers stores. In this position, she focused on driving operational success and fostering a customer centric environment, all while steering the stores towards continued growth and excellence. She transitioned into a support office role as the contact lens business manager in 2020. In this capacity, Dimple was instrumental in overseeing the growth and sales performance of contact lenses in 179 stores across Greater London. Dimple values the continual education of optometrists, understanding its importance for the future of optometry and patient care. Her involvement in skill assessment and development, especially as a clinical performance consultant, highlights her commitment to advancing the field.
