With over three decades of experience in optics, Gillian's initial aspiration to become an optometrist was met with the realisation that her true passion lay in dispensing. Her journey began in the pursuit of providing exceptional eyewear, not only enhancing people's vision but also making them feel fantastic. Having attained her qualification in 1995, she's had the privilege of working with several independent practices throughout her career. She has ventured into sales roles during her locum work and had the rewarding experience of owning her small dispensing practice for a few years. Currently, she serves as the product development manager for the Duncan and Todd Group where she continues to contribute to the industry she loves so much.
