Hayley Coates has been working in ophthalmology since 2007, starting as an ophthalmic technician before progressing onto a senior role managing the ophthalmic imaging service at West Suffolk Foundation Trust. Training and development was always a key aspect of this, which inspired her to create the East of England Ophthalmic Imaging Forum. Hayley has worked for ZEISS since February 2020, providing specialist clinical application and educational support to customers.
