Jayshree brings over 30 years of expertise in optics, with a passion for improving eye health, training professionals, and advancing technology to enhance patient outcomes. A founding member of the BAME vision group, she has actively raised awareness about eye health in BAME communities, including hosting Gujarati radio talks. Her roles have included serving as an eye care liaison officer at Whittington Hospital, London, and currently as the RNIB strategic engagement manager for the eye care support pathway project. Jayshree also co-leads CPD initiatives for the East London and City Local Optical Committee.
