Johannes Keller is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon specialising in cataract surgery and retinal diseases. He trained in centres of excellence in the UK and around the world honing a wide repertoire of medical and surgical skills. This led to being admitted as a fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists in 2012, with the equivalent specialist title also from Spain, gained at the University Clinic Hospital of Barcelona. Two years of highly specialised retina surgery training at the Bristol Eye Hospital and the Sydney Eye Hospital Australia, followed. Johannes is a patient safety and care quality officer, holding roles dedicated to the improvement and maintenance of quality of care.
