Luan Henson began working in the optical industry in 2000, starting her career as an optical adviser before going on to qualify as a dispensing optician. Luan has a wealth of experience in various practices, in both independent and multiple settings. Her previous two roles were as practice manager where she was responsible for the running of several practices in different locations. In 2016, Luan joined Essilor as an eye care professional consultant where she supports, advises and coaches independent practices using dedicated and bespoke training in all areas of their business.
