Nan Mousley has been a solicitor since 1989 and has practised criminal work, both as litigator and advocate defending those charged with offences ranging from minor public disorders, murders, frauds and drug dealing. She has represented many professionals who have been charged with matters arising from professional misconduct or who have found themselves in court as a consequence of their unwise leisure activities. She moved into regulatory work in 2021 and has found optometrists as varied and interesting as criminals.
