Rob Barrow, director of Spec-Care Services Ltd has been supporting Leightons practices for over 20 years. Core services include frame repairs, adjustments and modifications, with ptosis props, which are Rob’s specialist field. His work as a technician and dispensing optician spans over 30 years. Recently recognised in the history of the Parliamentary Trust archives for his work adapting frames for children with facial asymmetries.
