Ross is an experienced optometrist, pre-reg optometrist supervisor, and ophthalmic director of Specsavers Swaledale & Northallerton. He is also a WOPEC lead assessor and director of RCO Ltd, a company providing consultancy services to the optometric profession. He previously worked as director of optometry advancement for Specsavers Opticians and as a columnist for Optician magazine. Ross has considerable experience in developing, leading and facilitating CPD-accredited training for practitioners of all levels of experience delivered at national and regional training events.
