Rupesh Bagdai has in-depth knowledge and experience of governance, safeguarding matters and expertise in root cause analysis, as well as over 20 years' clinical experience in multiples, independents and domiciliary care. He has undertaken a variety of leadership roles across the industry including Cheshire LOC, LOCSU, NHS England and Primary Eyecare Services. Through these services, Rupesh has worked to improve access and delivery of eye care services, while providing support and guidance to support optometry practices on matters relating to governance and compliance.
